Major ingredient: one muscovy duck

Major dosing: fresh ginger, garlic and some special dosing

Feature of the dish: The fragrance of the dish is wafted miles away

The dish is made of local muscovy duck. Half the duck is fried, and the other half is cut to be around 4cm long of each and fitted with rice flour. Two half of the duck is placed in one dish and looks like a pair of mandarin duck. It is tasted delicious and with rich nutrition.
